also an Ultra Marathon Runner!
Topics to be discussed are:
When
can I run through the pain?Who should I see (which medical doctor, PT,
Chiropractor) for_______ (knee pain, calf tightness, Achilles soreness,
etc.)?Over the Counter (OTC) remedies – what’s for real?
Dr. Burnworth will answer questions and create more of a dialogue with attendees rather than a formal talk.
