6:30 - Steve Mohrman, massage therapist and owner of Hands On Health, who is certified in Active Isolated Stretching, will be talking about stretches specific to runners using Active Isolated Stretching techniques.
7:00 - Dr. Brent Myers, chiropractor, will be talking about Active Release Therapy (ART) & Graston technique.
