XC Series Race #4 Information

We're starting to increase the distance of each race for the series as Thursday's race will be a 5k race on the Montreat College Cross Country Course. Registration will open at 5pm. Start time is 6pm. We will race rain or shine. Cost is $10.

The race will start & finish on the soccer fields. A WORD OF WARNING -A HIGH SCHOOL MEET WILL TAKE PLACE THE DAY BEFORE WITH DIFFERENT COURSE MARKINGS. WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO REMARK THE COURSE.

Directions to the start:

From the East:
Take Exit 64 (Black Mtn/Montreat) off I-40W
Turn Right onto NC-9/Broadway St.
At 1st Traffic Light, make left onto Vance Ave.
At 4-Way Stop, continue straight
Entrance for College on Right at 510 Vance Ave.
Follow Signs to the Parking area.
Soccer fields will be just beyond parking area on right.

From the West:
Take Exit 64 (Black Mtn/Monteat) off I-40E
Turn Left onto NC-9/Broadway
At 1st Traffic Light, make left onto Vance Ave.
At 4-Way Stop, continue straight
Entrance for College on Right at 510 Vance Ave.
Follow Signs to the Parking area.
Soccer fields will be just beyond parking area on right.
