Race Report from May 7 & 8

Shawn Bagley finished his first marathon at the New River Marathon. He finished in 30th place with a time of 3:38. Congrats man!

The following is a race report from Ambassador (Lynn) Rapp:
"A good time was had by all at the Ramble Run. I ran the 5K with my Mission Hospital beginners. I traded my Foot Rx logo for a Mission Possible tech shirt at the last minute. (The prison jumpsuit orange was more visible.) I'm not sure how many did the race, but they all finished, and I believe the last one came in around 45 minutes. One overachiever did the 12K, two are Warrior Dashing next week, and a couple are planning for Cooper River. I am so proud of them!"

Also in the Ramble 12k was Jeff Carnivale who finished in 54:02, 41st overall and 7th in his age group. Keelin Schneider finished in an awesome time of 49:54. Melissa McCulloch finished in 1:16. Lynn Ray finished in 1:14. Greg Walker finished in 1:02:53.

Don McMahill participated in the Smokey Mountain Sr. Games Wednesday in Cherokee, NC. We was 1st in his age group in the 5000 meter racewalk, in a time of 33:35.

Don McMahill placed first in his age division at the Ramble Run 5K on Saturday. Dan Mason finished his first 5k in a long time at the Ramble. Great to see you back Dan!
