"A good time was had by all at the Ramble Run. I ran the 5K with my Mission Hospital beginners. I traded my Foot Rx logo for a Mission Possible tech shirt at the last minute. One overachiever did the 12K, two are Warrior Dashing next week, and a couple are planning for Cooper River. I am so proud of them!"

"I forgot to let you know that I participated in the USMC Mud Run down in Columbia, SC several weeks ago. Our team of 4 girls, the Dirty Blondes, came in at 1:54:10. Not too bad for 5 miles and 34 obstacles. Our time would have been better but we got caught up on the course during a thunderstorm and had a 15 minute delay that wasn't factored into our time. I'm hoping to do it again in the fall. Great fun and I highly recommend it!"
