Cross Country Series Nov. 7th Event #7 – 6k @ Brevard College

BRING A HEADLAMP!

Directions to Brevard College:

From Asheville (NC) area:
(app. travel time: 30-45 minutes)
-Take I-26 to Exit 40 toward Asheville Regional Airport
-Turn toward Airport and continue to Brevard (19.2 miles)
-Hwy 280 will intersect at stoplight with US 64 West and US 276. Contine straight into the city of Brevard (app. 4 miles) to Brevard College on your left at North Broad street
-Turn onto campus at the Brevard College sign on the iron and brick gate.

-Drive to back of the Campus & park near the tennis courts (across from the track)

Awards Ceremony Nov. 15 @ Flat Rock Village Bakery @ 5:30pm

Races will start at 6:30pm

Cost will be $15 per race $10 per race for Middle or High School Students

EVERYONE must complete 4 of 7 races to receive long sleeve technical shirt.

EVERYONE MUST RACE FINALE AT BREVARD COLLEGE TO COUNT IN GRAND PRIX STANDINGS!

Prizes will go as follows:

Top 5 Overall Male & Female

Master’s Male & Female (40-49) 1^st Place ONLY

Grand Master’s Male & Female (50-59) 1^st Place ONLY   

Senior Grand Master’s Male & Female (60+) 1^st Place ONLY

Super Senior Grand Master’s Male & Female (70+) 1^st Place Only

Scoring:

Individuals – Your place against your competitors of your gender will be your points - Low score wins w/ your best finishes from 4 of the 7 races (Finale is a must in the scoring!)
