If you participated the Cross Country Series this Fall, please join us at Flat Rock Village Bakery (see below for directions) for the awards ceremony. This will take place on Sat., Nov. 13th at 4pm. Feel free to bring your family. Foot Rx will provide one pizza per runner who paid for the series. If you cannot make it, awards & series shirts can be picked up at the store on or after Nov. 15th (awards & shirts will not be mailed). Results will be posted on the Blog after the awards ceremony. Take the Upward Rd. Exit off I-26 (just passed the Hendersonville exit for Hwy 64).
Make a right at the light at the end of the off ramp onto Upward Rd.
Continue straight until the road 'T's'.
Turn left at the 'T'
Follow passed the Carl Sandburg House & The Flat Rock Play House. At the light where you see the "Wrinkled Egg" store diagonally to your left, turn left. The Bakery is on the backside of the Wrinkled Egg.
